First I took screenshots of my windows.

I then opened my email screenshot in PSP and made a box and letters for the speech recognition.

I opened Bryce and made a screen with a primitive box by duplicating it, resizing and changing the properties and then grouping. I made the screen by changing the material to glass and using my screenshots as image textures. I made the bird with two metaballs rotated.
