First I cut out the background of the source image.

I searched for modern looking mirrors and found the next stockphoto.
I cut out the mirrors and resized them and pasted them onto the photo in step 1

I copyed the bar on the source image and paste it several times around the frontwindow and erased the parts that were too much.
After that I used the clonetool, the blurtool and the smudgetool to make it look more natural.
After that I warped the upperside of the car in a more modern shape.

I pasted the upperside back into the underside and blurred, cloned and smudged it all together.
After that I used a white solid filter and a gradient filter to make it look more shiny and new.

The background I filled with a gradient tool and blurred it some. After that I used the zigzag tool to get rid of any symmetry.
Then I putted the image on the background and dodged the orange light.
I putted the text duck on it.
At the end I blurred the image some more to get this result.
