black background layer

masked out sleeping child and layered to blend in with dark back....

my original image of the sleeping child, should be in my stock, if not, i'll add it.

duplicated layer, darkened, and blended over first....

on top of all layers, i placed a blue fill layer, and blended it over the rest of the image. i have to go save all my other layers on black backgrounds due to transparency issues....

and i just meshed them all together.

I made the rings in the horsie's mouth by creating a circular shape, cutting out the center, adding bevel and emboss, and distorting.
