i masked out a portion of the architecture from the source, as well as the the rounded steeple, and combined them to create a new house thingie....

to create the globe, i made a semi transparent blue spere and added bevel and emboss....for the base, i created a black rectangular fill, warped it, then embossed....i made two white oval fills, and warped them for the snow; then i added sparkles using Moons Stars Sparkles Brushes by ~Falln-Brushes at deviantart.com, masked them around objects, and added the moon, from the same brush set. I placed the house i made in the center.
