My garden photo was from a garden tour in my hometown.
step 2 of 14
Fountain in source photo had to be removed with eraser tool.
step 3 of 14
Pots are set into the flower bed.
step 4 of 14
Three bunches of flowers have been masked and are ready to add to pots.
step 5 of 14
My photo of purple blossoms is from a garden center garden we enjoy visiting often.
step 6 of 14
This squirrel and plants are in my own garden which I photograph often.
step 7 of 14
Pink and white lilies I photographed at a local bank. They are always so beautiful when they bloom.
step 8 of 14
More lilies from my garden. I felt yellow was important to give contrast to the garden.
step 9 of 14
Pink and yellow begonias are from my own garden as well.
step 10 of 14
Source photo of pitcher and goblets were from the same garden tour as the garden in entry.
step 11 of 14
Fence has been cloned where fountain was removed and more flowers added.
step 12 of 14
Pitcher and glasses were chopped from source, then added to table. They were on the same table in the other photo, but from a different angle, so cloning tool was used to correct reflections on table. Dodge tool was used on edges of goblets finally to show light was hitting it.
step 13 of 14
Final adjustments were made after merging all visible layers. Many flowers were cloned to fill in garden, the lamp on left side was removed and fence restored as it seemed to draw the eye away from the statue. Statue edges were refined areas with blemishes airbrushed.
step 14 of 14
Bronze statue photo I took at a local home and garden tour. It's so unusual to see a sculpture like this in color.
