Used the channel mixer to create a grey scale image

Adjusted the levels for better contrast
step 4 of 5
Adjusted the brightness and contrast to improve the contrast more.
step 5 of 5
Adjusted the hue and saturation to a colour I liked, added a mask to the channel mixer layer, then duplicated the initial image changed the mode to multipy and lightly masked out areas for the final image.
