Make color adjustments using hue/saturation.Apply a gradient and a filter called Paint Daubs with a brush type SPARKLE. Clone over secondary catch light. With the custom shape, apply the bone shape where the secondary catch light was.

Using the paint brush set on COLOR mode and the color picker set to WHITE at 90%, paint over entire image. This is a quick and easy conversion to black and white. Then erase out the eyes to reveal the color layer below.
