made water with difference clouds then went to chrome and changed the color and set it to screen

made the board with gradient and then bevel and emboss
step 5 of 6
placed some penguins in on the board then transform: flip horizontal next changed the color of their neck to a darker orange(almost like bowling pins)
step 6 of 6
put it a beam then duplicated the penguins and flipped them vertically, opacity lowered, gaussian blurred. then made the ball with gradient- emboss
