Used copy of the logo and traced around roughly with pen tool purposefully not being too perfect since I was going for a carved effect

warped to the pumpkin

used various layer effects until satisfied with the effect of being cut into

Added text using various type of preset styles - adding drop shadow to each main heading

added shapes to give some interest

Finally placed barcode and pumpkin image (reducing pumpkin image slightly)
