Made new layer from selection and rotated it

Duplicated eye several times in semi circle to start creating eyeball

Merged and cleaned up using clone stamp and patch tool

Duplicated layer and rotated to make other half of eye

Cleaned up around edges using clone stamp and patch tool then used elliptical marquee to make circle

Placed on spot where eye belongs

added chip to top of head and darkened, and used clone tool to adjust some of the wires
step 10 of 11
Made several copies of the wires source and put around the inside of face, erasing out any harsh edges then darkened

Adjusted brightness of teeth so they didn't stand out so much
