2. Using the polygonal lasso tool, I selected the first fish to alter.

3. Then dragged this fish layer to a new canvas.

4. I adjusted the brightness and contrast to get more color out of the fish.

5. Using free transform, I adjusted the fish to make it more horizontal.

6. Then I duplicated the fish layer 5 times.

7. Using polygonal lasso tool, I selected sections of the fish to change to a color of the rainbow.

8. Using the color adjustment, I matched each tone to the correct color.

9. After changing all layers, I merged the visible layers to move back into one single mobile layer.

10. I repeated steps 2 through 9 on another fish in the source image.

11. Once again merging the visible layers to make one single colored fish.

12. Deciding to use the same original source image for the background, I dragged the fish back into place to the original position over the original, same as the other.

13. For the final steps, I adjusted the opacity to 75% for a little bit better blend with the original source. Finally cropped to focus more on the colored fish.
