I typed "spring" using Berlin Sans FB Demi and set the tracking to 50 and font size to 160 pt.

Default gradient and patter overlay were applied.

Ctrl+click the word to select it. Selection was filled with green on a new layer. Selection was contracted so the filling was deleted, leaving a 5px border. Bevel and emboss was applied.

A new layer was created at the bottom and filled with gradient to make the background.

A vibrance adjustment layer was created at te top.

A path was created for each coloured line around the letters, stroked with a soft brush with 'simulate pressure' checked. Drop shadow and bevel and emboss was applied to them.

Background visibility was disabled and all visible layers were merged (ctrl+shift+alt+E) on a new layer. It was flipped vertically. Opacity was reduced to 25% and the layer was masked so that gradient was applied to make the reflection.

Everything but the background was put into a folder. A new layer was created above the background and something around the half of the canvas was selected as to apply the brush I created from the letter "O" of the Eklektic font.

With the selection activated, I created a new layer above the circles and with a large soft brush I applied some bright colours. This layer was clipped to the layer underneath and its opacity was reduced to 70%.

Finally I merged all layers on a new layer at the top, duplicated it and applied colour burn blending.
