new layer created and select the border of the font and applied small amount of stroke to that

copied the font layer and rasterized it and with the elliptical marquee tool half potion of that layer selected and deleted

with the layer 1 copy selected in the filter effect stained glass effect is applied with the small cell size and reduced the opacity level to that

to add some detail layer 2 selected and locked applied linear gradient effect to that

copy the font layer and paste it in new layer ..hide the original layer of font anf appl ied liquify

copy the layer style of honey to the new layer

and with the pen tool selected drawn some cirle look like honey drops and hid the back ground copy layer
