Started by masking out the face so when I was using the clone and patch tools they would not sample areas from background
step 2 of 9
Used the patch tool to smooth out the wrinkles
step 3 of 9
Used a low opacity clone stamp to fix some of the places that needed less wrinkles, but needed to keep the crease like feel so it would not look so fake (eyelids and indentation from smile)
step 4 of 9
Whitened the teeth using a lower opacity dodge tool
step 5 of 9
Created a new layer and added a blue color over the pupils to change the color
step 6 of 9
Changed the layer with the blue spots to "color" then went to hue/saturation to adjust saturation, change to colorize, and then lowered the layers opacity slightly, deleting out the center to keep the iris from looking blue as well.
After which I used dodge again to lighten the whites of the eyes.
step 7 of 9
Rotated skin image to line up with face
step 8 of 9
Removed belly button and bikini using clone stamp and patch tools.
step 9 of 9
Placed skin image in layer on top of original image, changed blending to "hue" then added a sandstone texture and a slight gaussian blur to give the skin some depth. Reduced layer opacity.
