started with the spline to create the plate

bread piece is modeled in box and in edit poly mode played in the shape of the object and applied noise modifier to get the bread look

the stick is created with the sphere shape and in editpoly mode.

for the bread the unwrap uv is applied and rendered the uv and with jpeg out put worked on photoshop

texturing the bread part--bump map created by desaturated image and cleared unwanted pathces

materials applied to cup,plates,fork,floor andbottle.honey with the default vraymaterials,and played with the reflection and refraction settings to get good look

the final scene setup..while examining the reference image it looks like the light comes through a window like passage so i created and box and created a windowlike passage and placed a light near the window and for the fill light i placed another light in ceiling with the small intensity.

Here comes the main part,render settings.depend upon the scene and scale the light shadows ,worked on the the properties of lights and shadow subdivisions to get natural shadows..
