Liquify tool to transform the foreground. Same for the bug.
To give the bug colour I used a new layer with properties set to colour, and a soft brush with opacity 25%.

Building the wagon. I used liquify tool and for the wheels the layer was set with a transparency of 70%.

I altered the colour of the various parts of the wagon and the bug. Burn and dodge at the background clouds, then a new layer with gradient tool and gradient mask. Brush for the haze.
