Element to be used is circled in red. Cut and paste.

Create gradient background

Create lake floor shapes with pen tool. Give a color fill.

Create plants with source element.

step 5 of 15

Create fish body with source element. Dodge and burn in lights and darks.

step 6 of 15

Draw head shape with pen tool and color fill.

step 7 of 15

Dodge and burn in face characteristics.

step 8 of 15

Add eye, gills, & lips.

step 9 of 15

Add fins with pen tool. dodge and burn in fin characteristics.

step 10 of 15

Place fish into sceen.

step 11 of 15

Add more high lights.

step 12 of 15

Add light beams.

Add foreground plant

step 14 of 15

Add bubbles.

step 15 of 15

Adjust over all color.
