First I made some really light guidelines. So light, I can barely see them when I scanned it in.

I then came in and inked in an outline, using my Pilot Precise V5 Extra Fine Rolling Ball Pen.

I introduced some basic colors, and used this as a guide for later use.

I colored darker over the drawing with my Crayola Colored Pencils, and introduced a little bit of my favorite color white.

Since I blended most of the colors with white colored pencil, I lost a lot of my orignal pen lines. So I came back with my second favorite color, black, and redefined those lines. (Since I colored over the pen lines with pencil, it'd be useless to ink it with the same pen.

After all that, I cropped the edges just a tiny bit. This, under time restrictions, is my finished piece. It would have been better if I wasn't worrying about finishing and submitting it in less than a day.
