i used the spoon handle to make all my different designs....i masked it out, then used liquify and warp tools to transform....

made my model in Bryce/Daz Studios.....this layer has a light rendered onto it...

i've merged a lot together, since there were so many layers. i duplicated the face only before adding light to bottom layer, and i duplicated the ear for adjustment (warped and added light)...
i inverted the face and layered on lowered opacity

rendered a lens flare and masked out areas for eyes....

using the liquify tool, i warped and grouped pieces of the spoon and blended them into image with lowered opacity brush....
