Use circular marquee to crop out the center of the wheel that looks like a gold record.

Used circular marquee again to make a circular label with PXL logo.

After duplicating the record and resizing and making gray scale, I make the hole in the middle bigger to represent a 45 record single. Using my own stock of a frame and background, I move my frame over to the main image.

Add Gaussian blur to better blend record label.

Select inside frame and bring brightness contrast all the way down.

I made the album cover design from the logo again and added my own font.
