got tired of the background, thinking of what I could do to it. So I started working on the face in the mean time. I used the clone tool, really got close to the edge so the rest of the area didn't get effect to much so that it wouldn't look like a painting.

The hair piece with all the smudging involved.
I used the smudge tool once then went up "edit" Fade smudge tool and that got it to blend in with all the other ones. It worked.
