First of all I cleared the reflections in her eyes. Then I made a few adjustments. I wanted more contrast and more blue.

Dyed the lilium deep red.

Dyed the eyes in a clear blue, added fine veins in the eyes and added dark circles around the eyes.

Now the vampire got vampire-teeth, I colored her lips and added some blood.
