First I found this image.

Removed the main source image's face with the pattern stamp, dodge and healing brush.
step 3 of 3
Colored the man's face with the color replacement tool and selected it over to the main source. Then feathered the edges, adjusted brightness/contrast to better match, blur tool to smooth some of the graininess out and dodge and burn to lighten and darken features.
