Quick select copy and paste Green hues from left of source tree and free transform to fit over new tree. Select color blending mode. Adjust vibrance to make mossy appearance.

Using custom shape tool select magnifying glass stamp and free transform to create shape of half of glasses. Copy and flip horizontal to create other half of glasses. Select a piece of the glasses to make nose bridge. Free transform to create curve and size.

Select copy and paste mouth and mustache as separate layers free transform to get shape and size appropriate. Select dark area to create eyebrows paste and free transform to shape.
