The sky was cropped and added onto a different file

Part of the source was selected and warped around, using the liquify tool i also added a few imperfections to give the landscape a more authentic look

This was done in the same way as the first one, transformations, warping and liquifying

To create the mountain, i chose one of the hills and duplicated it, then using warp and liquify i shaped the mountain.

Levels, curves and a bit of Color Balance to make the landscape look more red.

Dodging and burning.

The horse was added, using the smudge tool i also created some fur so that the masking was less obvious.

Colour and lighting adjustments applied to the horse.
