erase the background the the Magic eraser tool and the Eraser tool.

copy the birdhouse, and X out of the open tab. open the same image again. Erase the birdhouse in this new image.
step 3 of 3
paste the copied birdhouse onto this picture, and use Ctrl+T to flip it. then use the stamp tool to cover the mistakes.
