Used the image of the camel provided by pxleyes for this contest.

Filter - Liquify - Warp.
Worked on the head, warping it just a little.

Used the Transform Tool. (Ctrl + T) to lower the head down.

Worked in the making of the dome.

Built the city, with rectangular selections from source image.

This image was done using Apophysis, a 3D program that renders flames like this. I used this image for my background.

Made two copies of the camel head, and added them to the picture. Worked with Warp Tool to make them different. Used Transform Tool (Ctrl + T) to make them smaller.

For the final image, I used the Hue - Sat, and Color Balance, for the sky. Added some vegetation, and the balloon to the image.
