this is the original picture i used it to apply wig and the dress.

i used spot healing brush to remove the unwanted spots then used healing brush to remove the beard and clean the face and finally used the smudge tool to give a clean smooth face.
step 5 of 6
i added some make-up on the face using colour and giving it a blur and gave some higlights around the eyes.i added the lipstick colour by using hue/saturation.
step 6 of 6
finally i gave the finishing touch-up by giving border around lip and using dodge/burn tool on the eyes and then adjusted the total image accordingly.
