Cloning has spread droplets and merged edges where duplications have been made.

Source flowers are duplicated several times, then 'merge visible' is used. Edged of merge will have airbrush used with cloning tool to smooth them together.

Upper portion of flowers is airbrushed with tones of blue which will look like sky from inside window when raindrop layer is added.

Window source is added, then 'glass' areas removed with eraser tool, and hue/saturation used to slightly change color from black to brownish. This window version was then duplicated , placed directly over the first one, and all 'cross bars' were erased, leaving just the curtains. The curtains were color changed again with hue/saturation and color/balance tools to get desired color in the curtains.

Raindrop layer added and moved behind window layer. Opacity is lowered to 75% to allow flowers to show through. Flowers can be brought up in hue and contrast to show through raindrop layer better.

Girl is brought in and will be scaled to proper size then flipped horizontally (with edit/transform/flip horiz tool)

Girl is chopped with background eraser tool set at discontiguous at 10% to take background from her hair.

A filter layer of light brown is added over girl, then opacity set back to let some of the glow of original photo show through. Some light would hit her from window, but original photo was very strong in color.

A Flower from original source flowers is cut w lasso tool and moved into work area, next scaled to size, then rotated into position.

A leaf from original source is also lassoed and moved into work area, then duplicated and rotated into position. Use of burn tool to set leaf back behind flower (Also moved to layer behind flower)

The expression on the girl's face seemed to call for a teardrop, so that was the last thing added, using the brush tool.
