Firstly I created a sphere then shaped it into an oval. I then used the flatten tool on the top and added five cylinders for the tubes.

Then I resized the tubes placed them on top of the heart.

Then I added a hair texture for the veins.

I completed the model by adding red with the paint tool then glued everything together.
