The swing is made into a banana split using airbrush and brush tools with colors to represent ice cream and toppings. Cherry made with large red circle, white accent on top.

step 3 of 8

Birdbaths have been made into sundaes here with brush tools, running 'syrup' down over sides and onto ground 'ice cream'. Snowcaps on weeds are also covered with 'chocolate'.

step 4 of 8

It seemed there just had to be a fun 'ice cream (snow)man' so I created this one using the brush tool to outline it, then airbrush to fill it in, pencil to draw in the features, brush to draw hat, dodge tool to highlight where necessary. I gave him a big spoon instead of a broom, and a bright orange scarf for some additional color in the scene.

step 5 of 8

This little girl has waded through the snow to sample some goodies. I used the brush tool on her snowsuit to give it more of the look of the snowman and sundaes. Airbrush softened and blended the colors a little. I also added little mittens on her hands with the brush tool.

step 6 of 8

A new layer was added using the snow pattern at 46% with blue background overlay. Also, a light blue airbrush (7%) was used to spread just a little background 'snow' to set trees and house, etc. back.
