Paint on the basic colors.

Added a BIT of depth following the lines of the sketch.

Start darkening the flower's shadows to give it shape, more shadowing everyone else.

Use different sizes and opacity brushes for different desired texture on each. For earth I used pen tool and went a bit crazy ;)
I did lots of detailing with a simply brush, low opacity and worked section by section!
