I used the pen tool and then made it a selection.

I duplicated the layer.
With and ereaser, low opacity and 0 hardless I cleaned a little of the blub just keep it real.

With the pen tool I draw 2 monsters and then duplicated and edited them.

I placed the monsters on their position and divide them on groups then I added some lights and shades.
