its a simple model:
maya default sphere for smiley face and eyes...
basic cylinder shape was scaled and transformed and duplicated for grills, cylinder was applied with animation-deformers-bend and flare for eye brows... cylinders were beveled for fingers and vertices were adjusted to attach to a manipulated cube forming palm... cube was beveled at the edges and combined with the fingers... wall and floor are the polygon planes...
