Ok, I was just messing around here so i missed the first few steps.
I cut out the iguana's head using pen tool, did the same with the Komodo body and joined them together. I removed the bull from the main background using the patch tool and added a screaming girl into the scene.

Next i introduced another girl as the victim again using the pen tool to cut her out then free transforming her to size and rotating.

Same technique again, I added pleading guy to the scene.

I positioned the guy here for now but later change my mind

Next i added a soldier to the roof.
