step 1 of 5
in this step i distorted the mountain and applied plastic warp filter and photo filter
step 2 of 5
in this step i added the background (i did it by gradient tool)then i draw the bubbles and the sun rays and draw the sea surface ( i did that by layer fill and the apply distort and then apply plastic warp filter)
step 3 of 5
in this step i draw the planets and did that by using green soft brush and then use smudge tool and then apply noise filter and some layer style and use burn tool and twirl filter
step 4 of 5
in this step i added the whale the big one and the small one the small whale is just a copy from the big one resized and filled with black to give the effect thats it too far :)
step 5 of 5
in this step i added some effects to the whale to give the effect thats its moving, and i did that by adding some bubbles and white lines and applied on them the blur filter and the twirl filter and some warp ,,,and for the final result i applied levels layer and photo filter layer.
