Cropped image and doubled size of remaining image using genuine fractals to get a good size to copy the bulbs

Created a new layer to clone some of the paint chips and rust out

copied various of the bulbs from the original image so that the size and perspective was held. Then used drop shadows on their own layers and warped them to fit. There were about 10 to 15 bulbs and shadows made on layers in groups. Each shadow was adjusted to blend in with the original
