Select eye and copy into new layer. Transform eye so it is enlarged and shaped.

Do the same to left eye as you did to right eye

Use eraser tool or use layer mask to remove unwanted parts of the duplicated eyes. It should look like this.

Select nose copy selection into new layer and widen

Select ear and copy into new layer. Remove ear in original image with clone tool and position new ear layer

Make duplicate of ear layer and flip horizontally, merge two ears and use clone tool to clean up then position ear.

Do the same for the left ear as you did for the right ear.

pick blue color with color picker then use color replacement brush found in the brush section of tools. Do the same with the color pink/red for the ears.

clip a couple of sections from zebra - place into image - then use soft light mode in layers - use eraser tool to fine tune stripes then position.
