Fitting the paper boat inside, I used a tad of warping, then changed the color to green to make it appear in the glass. I changed the opacity slightly.

Used simple paint brush with red on it for the drink. I used a variety of burns.

duplicated the original bread, moved it over added noise and then hue saturation with guasian blur

added shadows, and made lamps out of the wine glasses buy duplicating them then changing the rotation and merging then smudging n what not.
