get the grassland and use transform tool to form a hill then change hue/saturation to darken a little.

get the sky/clouds from the source image and place them. put the house and use transform tool to shape them up to an odd looking one.
step 3 of 7
place the rooster,boy,girl,pig and the well. use transform tool to distort the shape of the well and the ears/nose of the pig.
step 4 of 7
copy the heads of the humans and rooster tail and scale them up a little then place them over their original layers.
step 5 of 7
place the buckets and use splater brush tool to draw the water.
step 6 of 7
change the hue/saturation of each image.
step 7 of 7
put a linear gradient of light brown and brown on a new layer. change blend mode to 'overlay' and opacity to 90%.
