Distort and warp to meld the clouds and then brightness/contrast and color adjustment layers
(Tip: If you use Layer > New Adjustment Layer, you can change all of it or just some of it and if you don't like the result, you can delete the adjustment layer and start again. Try Ctrl + i to invert the adjustment layer, then use a white brush to reveal the changes just where you want them.)

took the cliffs and flipped vertically. used free transform and warp to fit the ground. once the cliffs were in place, used match color on the ground.

used color adjustment layer on the rose. took individual petals and used color match. used the pen tool on the cliff to make the falling stones. Filter > Render > Lighting Effects on the tree and ground. low opacity and soft brush for the "glow"
