used a piece of the tail as the background

adjusted hue/saturation and vibrance

used liquify filter and adjusted the hue/saturation on the bug shadow
step 7 of 7
added a layer with the fill set at 0 and used a gradient overlay using color burn blend mode and put that on top of everything
