cover the dancers with a black fill then add a circle for the moon.Also, add a gradient in the back for more of a night-sky-ish effect

desaturate then colorize the image.. actually, its more of highlights/shadows.
step 3 of 4
duplicate the original layer then turn it to yellow.
step 4 of 4
add mask to that layer for a beautiful light effect for that car back there :)
