Put together the background. Duplicate picture, masked down the middle. Darkened it by putting another layer filled with black over it and lowering the opacity.

Cut out the glass holder with the pen tool.

Placed the glass holder in the background and played around with photo filters and blending options and opacity until satisfied.

Added a shadow.

Created a red glow by making an oval shape and applying a gaussian blur.

Added "water". Pen tool shape. Blurred and lightly erased along the edges.

Added the basket with shadow.
