Picture I took of a worker at a local fast food joint, he was outside on break and saw me taking picture of the flags above the restaurant

(Checker fast food places like to put several American flags on the top of their restaurants)

He was interested in my camera (It's a Dimage so it looks like a little space ship)

I asked if I could take his picture and he said.. "You don't a picture of me, my face is broken." I immediately sat next to him and made him pose... I don't think he was broken at all.
