Used the liquify tool to shape the bowl into a shoe type of shape.

Then I created a custom background. Used the bucket tool to make the whole thing black, then used a light blue and a white cloud brush over top of it.

Cut out shoe and put it on the background.
step 4 of 5
Go to blending options and use satin overlay. Then create a new layer and put light blue, crack design on the shoe.
step 5 of 5
Touch up a little bit and finished product.
