copied the masked source, did some work on it, and turned it into a bird....

placed my image of clouds, distorted, and masked as needed.....

added a fill layer with light filter, blended on soft light.....
step 12 of 12
added some rays using a polygonal lasso, filling at 80%, adding gaussian blur, and reducing opacity.....
