Started with cutting out the white area around its eye.

Then the area around the beak.

Then the neck area.

Then the area at the top of its head.

Then I pasted the eye picture in a new document. Fliped it horizontal and fixed the edges with the eraser so it looked like a pair of eyes.

Then I added the beak and flipped it the same way as the eye. Removed the background and fixed the edges.

Then I added the head picture to give my creature a head. Fliped it and fixed the edges.

Then the neck part to give my creature a body.

Then I used the clone stamp to fill up the space under the beak.
