New layer: using elipse tool, created a circle bigger than egg; filled with bege, changing layer blending mode into color. Masked.

With pen tool, hard brush and burn tool, made the details of raincoat.

New layer: using pen tool, I drew the hat; details with burn and dodge tools.

New layer: copied, pasted and masked the sunglasses.
