Ok...
So here is brief how I did this -
When ever I start working I make duplicate of original image :)

For perspective I use line tool in Photoshop - Custom shape and then draw lines of 2 px something like shown in image.

Copy "tree in mist" image and paste it...
Yea its tooooo big image so we are going to transform the image

OK...
Now we use our line (red lines) to show Image in proper perspective..
Use distort option to fit the image in proper area and distort :)

Image will look like this...
Now use same trick for second image...
Don't forget to leave some white space behind the image.

Change color of image as show in this image.

For this image we have to create white color background, so I just duplicate the same tree image, fill it with white color and transform little bigger that the image.

Now we have to show some splatter brush effect and image should look like painting.
We are showing image as painting do as follows -
Select that image go to filter
gallery - Brush strokes - Dark strokes and keep Balance - 10, Black intensity - 1 and White intensity - 0
As same shown in image.

Gr8, now time to show splatter brush effect - Go to custom shape in photoshop, shapes and then select Splatter

Create a new layer on the top of image.
Color - #966262 and use this shape as shown below.
Change layer blending mode to Linear Burn and set opacity to 50.
And its done :) :)
